The Throne Hall
The most impressive building in the compound, this is where coronations and official royal ceremonies take place. Its towering, multi-tiered roof is a classic example of Khmer architecture.

The Silver Pagoda
Officially named Wat Preah Keo Morakot (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), this pagoda is a national treasure. Inside, you'll find a Baccarat crystal Buddha (the Emerald Buddha) and a life-sized solid gold Buddha adorned with over 2,000 diamonds.

The Silver Floor
The Silver Pagoda gets its nickname from its incredible floor, which is inlaid with **5,329 solid silver tiles**, each weighing over a kilogram. Though mostly covered for protection, you can see a section near the entrance.

The Reamker Murals
The walls of the cloister surrounding the Silver Pagoda are covered in a magnificent, 642-meter-long mural depicting the Khmer version of the Ramayana epic. It's a masterpiece of traditional art.
Planning Your Visit
To get the most out of your visit, consider hiring one of the official tour guides available for a small fee at the entrance. They can provide rich historical context and point out details you might otherwise miss. Remember to stay hydrated, as the complex is large and mostly outdoors. Allow at least two hours to explore the grounds properly.
