Good news for those who will be in Battambang or will be traveling to Battambang on October, 9th and 10th, 2022. The government arranged a festival event this October, the water festival exclusively for Battambangers. It is called “the Pre-water festival” or the Battambang water festival.
Several years ago, Battambang started to celebrate the water festival before the official water festival that will be celebrated later in Phnom Penh, and joined by all the people nationwide. If no problem persists, this year’s event is scheduled and will be celebrated as planned.
