The Experience

The Journey: Fruit Paradise

The drive from Kampot town takes you through the scenic countryside. This area is famous for its fruit! As you drive, you will pass endless plantations of Kampot Durian, mangosteen, and rambutan.

Pro Tip

Stop at a roadside stall on the way back to buy some fresh fruit. Kampot Durian is considered the best in the world by locals!

The Waterfalls

The resort features several levels of streams. Near the entrance, the lower stream offers gentle pools perfect for families with kids. If you are adventurous, take the stairs further up the mountain to find the main waterfall and a natural swimming pool. There are plenty of bamboo huts for rent where you can relax in the shade.

Seasonality Note

Like most waterfalls in Cambodia, Tada is best visited during or just after the rainy season (June – November). In the dry season (March – May), the water flow can be quite low.

Verdict

I really like this place. It’s a beautiful, green escape that is easy to reach from town. If you are looking for a place to cool down and see how locals enjoy their weekends, I definitely recommend Tada!
