Like its famous cousin, it is swallowed by the jungle, but it offers a much more peaceful and intimate experience without the massive crowds. Exploring the Temple A Compact Discovery Ta Som is relatively small and flat, making it very easy to explore. As you enter from the West, you'll pass through a gopura (gate) adorned with the iconic four faces of the Bayon style. Inside, the walls are covered in intricate carvings of Devatas (female divinities), which are remarkably well-preserved.
